Talking professionally, this is my preferred receiver. Is a Yaesu FRG-7000. I love this radio, because your reception is very wide, and have a excelent quality & stability on reception, beyond being very pretty!!!.

At the FRG-7000, i use an 25 meters full-receive antenna, home-brewed too. I cut this antenna in the medium of HF usually bands. Its good to receive.

That is a Philips AR150 Tape Radio. Its a good Medium Waves receiver.
AR150 have a good MW covering (520 to 1600 KHz), and a nice FM reception.

To improve the performance of the radio, i put an BNC antenna input , and a antenna switch, to select internal or external antenna.

Sometimes, in weekends, i like to put my "SWL Rig", out from my house. I like record the radios as in the old times, using Tape. That is my rig:
- A Recoton 545 Audio mini-speakers monitors
- A Yaesu FRG-7000 Communications Receiver
- A Gradiente CD-2500 Tape Record
- A full-receive dipole antenna.
The monitors is conected directly on a tape record, to level this. And is nice to hear reception. I like register stations reception, to put on my SWL Archive.

Other thing when i like is the FM Broadcast DX. This is an Mitsubishi DA-F20 radio, with a excelent reception. Its an exclusively for FM. Have Bandwidth switch, to a wide or narrow reception. Have too a frequency counter, and a analog dial. Great radio equipment. Very good audio quality. I connect this to a FM 4 elements directional antenna.

That is other great FM receiver, the Polyvox TP- 401. Its an extraordinary FM receiver. With her, i RX more than 30 FM radio stations. In my city, have only 3 Broadcasts. Your reception is very great. For this radio, i connect an Omni-directional 4 side double-pole antenna.
In other time, i put photos of my FM´s antennas.
That is all...
